Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Avantia Health Optimization LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services

Avantia Health Optimization provides health and wellness coaching services delivered by National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC). Our services include:

• One-on-one coaching sessions (video)
• Messaging support between sessions
• Personalized resources and strategies

Our services are not medical services. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure any health condition. Our coaches work within their professional scope of practice to support lifestyle implementation and behavior change.

Not Medical Advice: The information and services provided by Avantia Health Optimization are for educational and coaching purposes only and are not intended as medical advice. Our coaches are National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches, not licensed medical professionals.

Consult Your Healthcare Provider: Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or medication regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information received through our services.

Individual Results Vary: Results from coaching depend on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment to the process. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Booking and Payment

Discovery Calls

Discovery calls may be booked through our scheduling platform (Healthie) for a nominal fee. This fee covers the cost of the consultation and is applied toward any program purchase.

Program Enrollment

Upon enrollment in a coaching program, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Payment may be made in full or through available payment plan options.

Session Scheduling

Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions within the program timeframe. Sessions expire 4 months from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund for unused sessions within the first 30 days of purchase.

Refunds After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis for unused sessions only.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Sessions that have already taken place
• Sessions counted as "used" due to late cancellations or no-shows (per our cancellation policy)
• Sessions that have expired (4 months from purchase date)
• Administrative fees or resources already provided

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact your coach or email contact@avantiahealthoptimization.com. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without communication ("no-shows") may be counted as used sessions and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during intake and throughout coaching
• Communicate openly with your coach about your goals, challenges, and progress
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice for cancellations
• Take responsibility for implementing strategies discussed in coaching
• Consult with appropriate healthcare providers for medical concerns

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during coaching, is the property of Avantia Health Optimization LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Resources created specifically for you during coaching are for your personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avantia Health Optimization LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avantia Health Optimization LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
